Julie Dillon is the owner of Be Balanced, a Pilates, Yoga, and Wellness Studio. She is a certified Pilates, Yoga, and personal trainer. Julie has enjoyed teaching a variety of movement and wellness classes for over 20 years. Her sessions include Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, breath work, alignment, balance, strength training, and flexibility, while also incorporating self care practices.
She is a speaker who regularly gives talks regarding spiritual and self care practices, including: forgiveness, gratitude, self love, meditation, and movement as a spiritual practice. She is an ordained minister through the Fellowship For Today Spiritual Center in Lansing.
Her other interests and areas of study include: journaling, dance, and nutrition. Julie interweaves all of these tools into her sessions.
